Once your quote is created, you can share it with your client in several ways.

Sharing methods

• 📧 Email: bookôtels automatically sends an email to your client with the link to the quote
• 🔗 Direct link: Copy the unique link and share it via the channel of your choice (WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS...)
• 📄 PDF: Download and share the quote in PDF format

The client view

Your client accesses a dedicated, secure page that presents the quote clearly and professionally. They can view all the details, hotel photos, and confirm directly online.

Open tracking

From your quote list, you can see whether your client has opened the quote and when. This information helps you know when to follow up.
