A catalogue refreshed every night
Over 250,000 properties across 180 countries, resynchronised automatically every night: names, addresses, photos, amenities, categories. A hotel that closes or changes name does not linger in your results for months.
Rates verified before every booking
Availability comes from our suppliers in real time, and an extra rate check runs just before confirming. If the price moved between the quote and the booking, you see it before you commit — never after.
European infrastructure
Hosting in Germany (Hetzner), database and authentication on Supabase, delivery and security through Cloudflare. Your data and your clients' stays within a European framework, under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
Payments with a regulated provider
Your clients' cards are handled by Stripe: nothing sensitive passes through our servers or yours. You have no payment account to open and no card compliance to carry.
Invoicing that stands up to an audit
Every booking generates its invoice, sequentially numbered with no gaps — what French law requires. Credit notes reference the original invoice. There is nothing to reconstruct at year end.
A company, not a side project
Bookotels is operated by CHFA LTD, registered with Companies House (Scotland) under number SC577423 since 2017. Our legal notice is public and current.

Frequently asked questions
Where is my data hosted?
In Europe. Application servers are in Germany (Hetzner), the database and authentication at Supabase, delivery and network protection at Cloudflare. The full list of our processors and their roles is in our privacy policy — we never sell your data.
What happens if a supplier is unavailable?
Search keeps working on the suppliers that answer, and partial results are shown rather than an error screen. A booking is never confirmed on our side until the supplier has confirmed it on theirs: there can be no booking with us that does not exist with them.
Can my clients see my margin?
Never. Your client sees a single price on a page in your name. The breakdown — purchase cost, your margin, our commission — never leaves your agent workspace. That separation is enforced in the code, not left to your vigilance when sending a quote.
Who builds the platform?
