Who can sign up to bookôtels?

bookôtels is a B2B platform reserved for professional travel agents: travel agents, travel agencies, tour operators and travel consultants. We may request professional documentation (SIRET or equivalent, professional card) during registration.

How many hotels do you have in your catalogue?

Our catalogue includes more than 250,000 hotels in over 180 countries, with real-time pricing via the major GDS systems and direct suppliers.

Can I work on several projects simultaneously?

Yes, you can create as many quotes simultaneously as you wish. There is no limit on the number of active quotes.

How does customer service work?

Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (Paris time) by email at info@bookotels.com. Gold, Platinum and Diamond agents benefit from priority support with guaranteed response times.

Will my clients see that I use bookôtels?

Your quotes, vouchers and payment pages carry your brand: your name, your logo and your agency. The bookôtels name may appear discreetly, in small print, as the technology provider — never as the seller. You remain the seller and your clients' sole point of contact.

What happens if a hotel declines the booking?

In the event of an availability refusal after confirmation, bookôtels contacts you immediately to find an alternative. If no satisfactory alternative is found, you are fully refunded.

Can I modify a booking after confirmation?

Modifications (dates, rooms) are subject to the supplier's policy and availability. Contact our support to initiate a modification request.

In which currencies can I work?

Rates are displayed in euros (EUR). Payments to suppliers are made in the supplier's currency. Your commissions are paid in euros.

Is there a minimum commission per booking?

There is no minimum commission imposed. You freely define your margin for each quote. We do however recommend maintaining a margin of at least 10% to ensure the viability of your business.

How can I recommend bookôtels to other agents?
