Everything about creating a professional quote for your client on bookôtels.
A bookôtels quote is a professional commercial proposal that you send to your client. It contains all the stay details and allows the client to confirm directly online.
Create a quote from the cart
Fill your cart
Add the desired hotels and activities from the search engine.
Open the cart
Click the cart icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Generate the quote
Click 'Create a quote'. A form opens for you to enter client information.
Client information
Enter your client's first name, last name and email. This information will be used to personalise the quote.
Add a margin
Set your commercial margin (as a percentage or fixed amount). The final price displayed to the client is calculated automatically.
Personalise the message
Add a personalised accompanying message for your client.
Generate
Click 'Generate quote'. A unique link is created for your client.
Margins and commissions
When creating a quote, you define your margin. The price displayed to the client includes your margin plus taxes. bookôtels charges a service fee that is already included in the net rate you see.
Tip
Use the quote preview before sending to check that everything looks correct from the client's perspective.
Note
A quote is valid for 48 hours by default. After this period, rates may have changed and the quote must be regenerated.
