How do quotes work?
Bookotels' quote system has been designed for professional travel agents who want to present polished offers to their clients while maintaining full control of their profitability. Each quote is a complete commercial document, customized with your agency's branding.
When you create a quote, you select one or more services (hotel, activities, transfers) and set your margin. The quote automatically displays the total price for the client, including your margin transparently for you but invisible to the client. You can then share the quote via a secure link.
The client accesses the quote online without needing to register. They find the complete stay details: hotel name, dates, room type, board, photos, cancellation conditions and total price. If the quote suits them, they can accept and proceed to payment directly online.

Create and modify your quote freely. Add services, adjust margins, customize content.
Sent
Share the quote with your client via a secure link. The quote remains editable at this stage.
Accepted
The client accepts the quote. It is now locked and can no longer be modified.
Converted
The booking is created. The quote moves to its final, irreversible status.
Quote features
Quotes branded with your agency
Each quote carries your agency's name, logo and contact details. Your clients never see the Bookotels name. You remain your client's sole contact, strengthening your brand image and trust.
Customizable margin
Set your margin freely on each quote: as a percentage (e.g. 15%) or fixed amount (e.g. 50 EUR). The default margin is 15% but you can adjust it at any time based on the client, destination or trip type.
Multi-service quotes
Combine multiple services in a single quote: hotel room, activities, airport transfers, excursions. Present your client with a complete, coherent offer with a clear total price, rather than multiple separate bookings.
Shareable client link
Send a unique, secure link to your client by email or messaging. The client views the quote online with all stay details, hotel photos and conditions. No registration required for the client.
Online payment by client
Your client can pay directly online via the quote link: by immediate card payment, by deferred automatic card charge, or by bank transfer depending on available deadlines. No more manual payment collection.
Quote lifecycle
Track each quote through its stages: draft, sent, accepted, converted to booking. Unconverted quotes expire automatically. You maintain full visibility over your sales pipeline and conversions.
Your margin, your profitability
With Bookotels, you decide your profitability on each quote. The system shows you the supplier net rate and allows you to add your margin as a percentage or fixed amount. By default, the margin is set at 15%, but you are free to adjust it up or down according to your commercial strategy.
The price your client sees on the quote is a single, final price. It contains no mention of the margin, supplier rate or platform commission. This confidentiality is guaranteed at every stage: quote, payment, voucher and invoice.
