Full onboarding guide
Everything you need to configure during your first login to bookôtels.
On your first login, bookôtels guides you through a multi-step onboarding process. This guide explains each step in detail.
Step 1: Professional information
Enter your full name, your agency name (if applicable), your professional phone number, country, city and your working languages. This information will appear on your client quotes.
Step 2: Public profile
Add your profile photo and personalise your bio. A complete profile increases your conversion rate when sending quotes.
Step 3: Terms of service
Read and accept the platform's terms of service to finalise your registration.
Note
No payment account setup is required, during onboarding or later: bookôtels collects from your clients. Just add your IBAN under Settings › Billing to receive your commissions. See the guide: Getting paid your commission.
Tip
Onboarding can be paused and resumed later. Your information is saved automatically at each step.
