Learn how to build a complete agent profile that inspires client confidence.
Your agent profile is your business card on bookôtels. A complete and professional profile significantly increases client confidence when they receive a quote.
Profile elements

How to edit your profile
Go to settings
Sign in and click on your avatar in the top right corner, then select 'My profile'.
Edit information
Click the 'Edit' button to activate edit mode. All fields become editable.
Add a photo
Click on your avatar to upload a photo. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP. Max size: 2 MB.
Save
Click 'Save' to save your changes. They take effect immediately.
Tip
Tip: A well-written bio mentioning your specialist destinations (e.g. 'Expert in Maldives and Thailand') sets you apart and reassures your clients.
Your public profile
Each agent has a public page accessible via a personalised URL (e.g. bookotels.com/agent/your-name). This page can be shared with your clients so they can view your quotes online.
